Lanta Gym is owned and managed by William (Decha Rodraksa), a former world champion.
William and the other trainers create an excellent team with years of experience in all aspects of the sport. Many past and present champions are around to help every student achieve the most out of their training.

Lanta Gym welcomes all students from all backgrounds. Men, women and children can all train in a safe and relaxing environment under the guidance of our fully qualified instructors from the Sasiprapa and S.luksamut Gyms. Or you can just pop by to use the fitness facilities.

For the more experienced Thai boxer, Lanta Gym can organize and train you for bouts all over Thailand under the close supervision of the former world champion and owner Decha Rodraksa. We can help you fight your way right to the top in Bangkok.

The gym is opened daily from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. In this time there are fully qualified trainers taking care of the customers teaching traditional Muay Thai.

A typical day of training

We normally get up at about 6 and go running for an hour. We run all together and afterwards we come back and start training in the gym. We practice some shadow boxing, bag work and pad work.

When you finished training there is lots of time spare for exploring the island. The beach is only a few minutes from the gym, and the whole island is easily accessible by car, taxi or motorbike.

In the afternoon we repeat running and training in the same way as the morning.
2 Lessons are available everyday, with many of the experienced fighters taking part in both and maintaining a strict training routine. For those training for fun rather than fighting, the choice is yours when you come along. Missing a lesson is no problem and our trainers will adjust every class to the students taking part.
